I think that altitude is the deciding factor here. At high altitude, the forced induction Z32 will be able to out accelerate the normally aspirated Z33. But down at sea level, I think that a Z33 should be able to pull a very slight edge.
The 350 has a 13 hp deficit, but also weighs a couple hundred lbs less, and has a much sexier torque curve stock for stock(lots more area under the curve). The down side is that the non-turbo 350 causes it to lose more power at altitude than the TT 300ZX.
